Album Assetizer

Judgement

What it is

Developer tool

What it does

A Python script that scans a photo album, has a vision LLM describe each image, extracts EXIF time and GPS, and outputs searchable structured data as JSONL, CSV or SQLite.

Adopt it when

You want to make a personal photo collection searchable by content and can use an OpenAI-compatible vision model.

Watch out

Sending personal photos to a cloud model is a privacy risk, and the project was quiet after one week in June 2026.
